Max joined Adams in 2023 as a Jewellery Specialist. After studying gemmology at the Gemological Association of Great Britain (Gem-A), he explored different areas of the industry - from the diamonds of Antwerp to the emerald mines of Zambia at Gemfields. His focus eventually shifted towards fine jewellery. He completed internships at Christie’s and Sotheby’s in the jewellery department in London. After working as a Jewellery Specialist at Chiswick Auctions, he decided that it was time to come home.
