Julia joined Adams in October 2020 as a junior specialist when she was completing her master’s degree in Museum Studies at the University of Amsterdam. This turned out to have a life-changing effect on her career and, as a result, she decided to focus her professional efforts on the commercial art sector. Throughout the course of her studies she completed internships at Museum van Loon, Marres - The House for Contemporary Art and the Treasury of Basilica of Saint Servatius in the role of assistant curator. She also cooperated with cultural institutions such as the Bonnefanten Museum in Maastricht, Allard Pierson and Amsterdam Museums.
