18 carat gold bezel set with a portrait-cut diamond and various gemstones to include ruby, sapphire, emerald and pearl, of the model 'Navaratna Planets'. Some gemstones show minor signs of wear to the facet edges, emerald with some damage to the table, mount with general signs of wear, overall in good condition.
